Complete BMWGA registration form. Make check for registration fee** payable to BMWGA. |

BMWGA will confirm receipt (via email) of your registration form and fee. Your name will be given to the Legends Resort.. |

You will then be notified by BMWGA that you can contact the Legends Resort to make your individual reservations and golf package payment. |

** $45.00 (Late Registration postmark deadline - May 2, 2011)
Registration fee includes administrative costs, prizes, and cart handling tips. Registration fee is non-refundable after May 22, 2011. Tournament play days are Friday (6/10/11) & Saturday (6/11/11).
